The Box Office fate of both the last week releases in Bollywood – DRONA & KIDNAP was unpredictable.

Particularly, there were big expectations from DRONA, so much that there were news in the circles stating Abhishek has ganged up with his near & dear friend Goldie Behl (producer & director of Drona) to come with a SUPERHERO Movie to match, rather surpass Hrithik Roshan’s KRRISH.

But the movie was a real disappointment, very slow, boring, even the much hyped special effects could not save the movie. It had a dismal opening of around 30%. All the best, Aby Baby, for the next release DOSTANA.

KIDNAP, had a better opening of around 50%. Story & script was very weak, very predictable and sometimes kiddish also, the saving grace being Minisha Lamba’s bold new hot avatar in bikini AND Imran in a negative role.

All eyes are now on the next release HELLO, based on Chetan Bhagat’s International Best Seller “one night @ the call center”. Initial opening is expected to be better than the above two, especially the youth factor will play an important part.

Now on to our Idiot Box, specially about the current flavour i.e. BIG BOSS2.
Hot favourite Rahul Mahajan had an unexpected surprise in the form of his crush Monika Bedi, who returned on the show, yesterday, thru’ wild card entry. Now let’s see on Friday, who goes out from the Big Boss house among Raja, Rahul Mahajan or Payal Rohtagi. If Payal goes, then also no worries for Rahul, since Monica is there to be his timepass.

Another realty dance show NACH BALIYE 4 will be making the rounds on TV from Oct. 17.
