KARISHMA KAPOOR TO JUDGE TV COMEDY SHOW WITH DAVID DHAWAN

The super hit jodi of Karisma Kapoor and David Dhawan, which worked together in many super hit Bollywood movies like "JUDWA", "HASEENA MAAN JAAYEGI", "BIWI NO. 1" & "CHAL MERE BHAI" is back, but now on Indian TV Channel STAR ONE. Well they both will be judging a HINDI COMEDY REALITY SHOW "HANS BALIYE", which is to be aired on STAR ONE, May 30 at 8.30 p.m.

This reality show will feature 8 real life celebrity couples like television actors Tanaaz and Bakhtyaar Irani, Delnaaz and Rajiv Paul, newly wed Juhi Parmaar with husband Sachin and Sara Khan with Ali Merchant.

Bollywood heart throb SALMAN KHAN is back on Indian Television with a bang in ‘DUS KA DUM’ Season 2, which will be starting on Sony Television on May 30.

Salman Khan even promoted the show during the press event held at ITC Grand Maratha, Mumbai on May 21 to announce their new program which was a super hit in it’s first appearance, last year.

He was in a jolly mood, during the press event and was sportingly interacting with media and answering their questions, wittingly

It was recently reported that due to the ongoing recession, Salman has halved his fee for the show as compared to the last year. It was also heard that Salman will not rope in his celebrity friends for the show since he was paid half the amount this time. And when Sallu was asked, he cleverly answered that “I am left with very few friends in the film industry, so if I will find some new friends I will definitely get them”.

He also admitted that the episode with AAMIR KHAN, was his most favourite during the 1st season.

In the 2nd Season, film stars which are expected to make their appearance in the show are – Sister duo of KAREENA KAPOOR and KARISMA KAPOOR, MALLIKA SHERAWAT.

He also wished to interact with DHARMENDRA & SUNNY DEOL in the show.

JUHI PARMAR GETS MARRIED

Juhi Parmar, who had become a household name courtesy TV SOAP "KUMKUM" aired on Star Plus and who is now hosting kids show "CHHOTE MIYAN" on COLORS channel, recently married Sachin Shroff (of SAAT PHERE, NAAGINN fame) on February 15 at Jaipur. The wedding was attended by various TV Stars.

Juhi Parmar whi is currently doing two shows on TV, is busy in wrapping her shooting schedules, and plan to be on holidays and honeymoon for at least a month.

The latest dance based reality show "DANCING QUEEN" is doing good on TV, which is being judged by JEETENDRA & HEMA MALINI.

One of the contestants Bhoomika Zaveri, who is a luecoderma patient (having white patches on her skin) wept when she was introduced on the show, because of the several difficulties and rejections she faced due to her disease, to the extent that her family members and her boyfriend also refused to accept her.
Now with her success on the show, she is very excited and has also received a great response. She has been now getting various marriage proposals and even her grandmother is also proud of her.

She is also receiving several sms messages from her friends.

Bhoomika’s only source of inspiration & support is her mother Preetika.

SMRITI IRANI - NEW COMEDY SERIAL

Smriti Irani is all set to come out of her TULSI VIRANI’s tear shedding image and will be seen in comedy serial to be aired on SAB Channel.

She seems to be excited as she will finally be seen in a new image, the serial is about a middle class woman who lives in Walkeshwar Chawl in Mumbai with her family including husband and her kids.

Her husband’s diamond business makes them rich which h subsequently leads to their shifting to a posh up-market MALABAR HILL area in Mumbai. The serial shows the Smriti’s journey and transformation from simple middle class Behenji to a modern woman.

Smriti is very excited to do the show which, she said, ''is not the general slapstick kind of comedy that one gets to see today''. ''It is like coming back to my roots because I initially started my career anchoring a comedy show,'' she added.

The serial is all set to be aired in coming February.

The show brings you ten of the hottest glam dolls fighting it out for the crown of India's next Dancing Queen.

10 Mentors are – Sambhavana Seth, Anita Hassanandani, Barkha Bisht, Dipsshikha, Ishita Arun, Meghna Naidu, Sanobar Kabir, Mink, Swetha Menon, Bruna Abdalah.

The show ill be hosted by Shabbir Ahluwalia and the major attraction are the judges – Hema Malini & Jeetendra, top dancing jodi of Bollywood.

NACH BALIYE : Contestants of another famous dance based reality show “NACH BALIYE 4” being aired on STAR PLUS are also being effected by last week terror attacks.Thet were finding bit difficult to get back to dancing mood. Finally the news is that they decided to perform a HAVAN on the sets for PEACE and CALM.

ZAHEER ABBAS : He is the other person who is suffering due to these attacks. Zaheer is one of the seven finalists in “SA RE GA MA” , a famous MUSIC REALITY SHOW on ZEE TV. Now he is finding difficit to get the Indian visa, since Indian officials have become quite stringent in issuing the visas specially to the neighbouring country.

WEDDING BELLS : Popular TV actors KARAN SINGH GROVER and his long time girl friend SHRADDHA NIGAM have finally decided to tie knots and the news are that they both got married in Goa last week. It is said that Karan took a 5 days break from his serial “DILL MILL GAYE” and rushed to Goa for the D-Day.

But it seems that both Karan & Shraddha are in no mood to divulge their wedding news. When asked to Shraddha, she messaged saying that they were on a family vacation and that there is no truth in their getting married.
