In a shocking development, Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja admitted his crime of raping her 19 year old maid servant, as a result he has been sent to 3 days police custody, by a Mumbai court.
As mentioned in my earlier blog, http://indianmoviestvmasala.blogspot.com/2009/06/shiney-ahuja-accused-of-rape.html, Shiney was arrested on Sunday night after the victim had lodged a complaint and accused Shiney of raping him.
He was produced in Andheri court this afternoon under tight security, and subsequently ahs been booked under Section 376 (Rape), Section 346 (Wrongful restraint) and Section 506 (Threat to Kill) under the Indian Penal Code (IPC). And to add to Shiney's woes, if the charges are found to be true, he may have to serve a minimum jail term of seven years.
According to an official, both Shiney and the victim maid servany have undergone medical tests in a government hospital and the victim's medical reports are positive.
The victim has been working under Shiney Ahuja as a domestic help for the past one year and she has accused the actor of repeatedly raping her. Even, Shiney has admitted unser Police interrogations, that he had a physical relationship with the victim. Further, he said that he could have committed the crime while he was drunk.
Shiney is said to be living alone in Mumbai after seperation from his wife and the couple has a daughter. Shiney is known for his scting prowess in "GANGSTER", "HAZAARON KHWAISHEIN AISI" & "LIFE IN A METRO".
