It may be recalled that the Wax figure which is dressed in a traditional black sherwani suit with a embroidery filled gold and black shawl, is the first figure to be part of all-new Bollywood Zone at Madame Tussauds New York's .

The wax figure was placed in the centre of the green carpet on the first day of the event.

Amitabh Bachchan the brand ambassador of IIFA, his son Abhishek and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan posed with the statue alongwith various Celebrities, dignitaries and even some members from the audience.
